Sync Dental Guildford

We had a fantastic experience for our family dental checkups at Sync Dental in Guildford! Dr. Kenneth Lawty and Lolita were both extremely effective, friendly, and kind to myself and my two children. Dr. Kenneth made the entire visit incredibly fun and educational for my 5-year-old and 9-year-old, teaching them great teeth-brushing and hygiene habits. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth and Lolita for anyone looking for exceptional, family-friendly care.

Finally got an NHS appointed through Sync Dental after trying to find a Dentist who accepts NHS patients for ages. The dentist was lovely and friendly, and took a real interest in my dental history and was very thorough. I sometimes feel anxious at the dentist but he made me feel at ease. The waiting room was pretty and relaxing to be in and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. Really glad I found this place!

Thank you sync dental Guildford for a very professional and pleasant appointment with Katherine our new dentist. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome during our appointments and received excellent care and advice. More than happy to continue with the practice as it moves forward and changes from the gables and becomes sync. Always received excellent treatment from the gables for over 30 years and it seems that this will continue moving forward.

Was my first visit since the change over from my regular dentist. I was very impressed with my experience the dentist I saw was lovely and explained the outcome. Just wish parking was easier for short stay. Would highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience at Sync Dental Guildford today. Lauren the receptionist is a credit to the team and helped me organise the visit which I booked in at the start of December. Hassan the dentist was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. Stephanie was fantastic — friendly, reassuring, and very supportive throughout the appointment. As someone who was a bit anxious, I really appreciated how respectful and understanding they both were. I felt listened to and well cared for from start to finish. Thank you, Hassan and Stephanie — I’m very grateful for the care and kindness shown today.

Simon Birch conducted my check up and scale ad polish in his usual friendly and efficient way. I paid on my way out and made the appointment for my next check up. I asked fro the receipt and appointment to be emailed to me. The appointment came through but not the receipt. I chased for the receipt and was disturbed to see it was for a lesser amount than I had paid. I queried this by email - but there was no response. I telephoned 2 days later and have been promised a refund for the overpayment. Dental services excellent. Admin a bit shaky?

Super polite. Quick booking for the next day's appointment. Highly recommend.
