Super service as always….my children and I have been clients for 15 years. Staff are friendly, easy to communicate with. Diane is a wonderful hygienist as is her stand in. Dentist listen and understand with a genuine approach.

Julie, hygienist is excellent !! Very thorough, takes the time to ensure my teeth are clean and healthy. The dentist I saw (I’m afraid I wasn’t informed of their name) was good, checked my teeth and lymph nodes etc and explained treatment options for some small issues. I am concerned however that I have not been seen consistently by the same dentist over at least the last year , 3 appointments, since the practice changed hands. I am not convinced that there will be continuity of care as already the advice given has been inconsistent.

Been a client for over 5yrs. Always had good service now a new dentist seems very good. My hygienist is fab . Worth a visit and to explore new team.

I booked an emergency appointment due to tooth pain. I was seen by Kelly who was excellent and identified the cause of my pain very quickly. I was given a reasonable price for a tooth extraction and was booked in the next day to have the procedure. Kelly was very patient and completed the procedure quickly and gently. I highly recommend this practice and especially Kelly!

I had a procedure done at this clinic. While the procedure itself went ahead as planned, I did not feel I was given clear written post-treatment instructions or detailed information about possible complications, such as healing phase or prolonged sensitivity. Following the extraction, I experienced ongoing sensitivity and was unsure what was considered normal healing. Because I did not have clear guidance on what to expect, I booked additional follow-up appointment for reassurance, which resulted unexpected further expenses. Clearer communication about recovery timelines, potential complications, and when review is necessary would have helped reduce anxiety and possibly avoided additional appointments. I hope this feedback helps improve post-treatment support for future patients.

Amazing practice and Theo is just out of this world ! Genuine caring staff - and they do what you need not just to make money ! I hate dentists and have lived in fear all my life - if you remember the school dentists then you're in my age group Don't even think twice - from booking the appointment to seeing the dentist was so easy - they really do go above and beyond . . . and they genuinely care !!!

Since my regular dentist left the practice the experience here is completely different. The reception team are so welcoming but the new dentist is brusque, unwelcoming and not at all gentle. An unpleasant experience and one I wont be giving him the opportunity to repeat.
