Joining this dentist was one of the best decisions! The staff are incredibly friendly and understanding – they're always so patient, which I really appreciate. Plus, they're super accommodating, making it easy to schedule appointments. I've been really happy with my treatments so far!

I had a fantastic experience at Complete Dental Care. A massive thank you to Julia for making me feel safe and comfortable during my tooth extraction. I was very nervous before my appointment but Julia didn’t rush me, she gave me time to chat and think about the procedure and explained everything to me. I had sedation which really helped, but I was made to feel so safe and reassured. I’d recommend Complete Dental Care and Julia in a heartbeat - thank you so much!

can you please see the difference in prices for tooth extraction? first colored one was emailed to me on my first visit to complete dental on tuesday August 26 after a complete check up. i booked an appointment based on the prices which were in the estimate, 28 pounds were paid on phone on thier demand which was aligned with the estimate i was sent in the email. Immediately after the extraction, when i was hardly able to speak, at reception i was asked to pay remaining money, I showed them my phone screen bill and told in best possible way that i have paid it while taking the appointment. The lady started arguing rudly saying i wasnt right, i was refering to the email and showing the sc reen but she got further strict and said they will stop giving me appointment if you dont pay". THIS WAS RUDE" then the second attached and underlines image here she gave me then and there saying this is the new bill. money was not the problem, i could pay. but the fault was not mine. i paid what i was asked earlier. staf at such places should be different then a grocery business store atleast. even grocery business teach staff to be polite. No complaints about the procedure, extraction by Dr Farooq.

Am normally nervous and anxious about dental treatment due to past experiences at other practices. Julie and assistant made me feel calm and relaxed. And explained everything clearly about treatment and future treatments. Work done is fantastic. Pain subsidised and bad taste away I left feeling calmer.

Where do I start. The best experience I have ever had at a dentist. As a very anxious patient this has been an all around amazing experience from start to finish. I needed a gum and bone graft and a new bridge fitted on my front tooth, I had been advised wrongly from a different dental practice and my gum was left in an awful state, Omar has completely transformed my gum and smile. Angela who dealt with my enquiries and the financial side or things was lovely and went above and beyond. The dental nurses are 10/10 so welcoming and kind. I couldn’t go anywhere else to get work done I have never felt so calm and at ease in trustworthy hands like I have felt at Complete Dental Care. From the fantastic work and outcome I have had to the care and professionalism I cannot recommend Complete Dental care enough!

Popped in to make an appointment for a future date but they said they had a free slot in the next 5 minutes. Check up sorted. Excellent customer care and service
