My daughter was advised by her own dentist to attend SCFE in Dentistry as she had issues which were initially thought to be linked to her diagnosis of TSC. She saw Jackie and Olivia who were absolutely 1st class! They put my daughter at total ease at her appointments and in my daughters words they definitely went above and beyond to help her. ‘Very impressed with this company. After years of dealing with a Maxillofacial issue that required extensive dental work, and my dentist unsure of the best treatment path, I finally feel I have a clear plan and direction moving forward. From reception through to the surgeon, every member of staff treated me exceptionally well. My friend was even offered a coffee whilst waiting for me. The entire facility was professional throughout—from the customer service to the cleanliness, interior, and overall presentation. Surgeon Andrew Carton explained everything clearly and throughly. He was warm, approachable and personable with a great sense of humour that immediately put me at ease. His assistant was also friendly and supportive. I have already recommended this company to a family member and I will definitely return for future treatment my dentist is unable to carry out. ‘

I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Abid took the time to explain everything clearly and Fiona made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointments. Their attention to detail and gentle approach really stood out, especially as I can be a bit nervous about dental visits. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. From the moment I walked in, every member of the team made me feel welcome and at ease. The nurses were so kind, friendly and reassuring throughout my treatment, and Mr Ali was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly professional, and made what could have been a daunting experience completely stress-free. The care and attention I received from start to finish was exceptional, and I'm so grateful for the amazing treatment. I had a wonderful experience. My front teeth were in a bad way. There was decay in my front teeth, and my NHS crowns were beginning to show through my gums, making them look black. This was affecting my confidence, and I would do my best not to smile. I was referred to Mr. Ali by my own dentist. Well, what can I say! From the moment I met Mr. Ali and his team, I was put at ease. In the beginning, they took photos of my teeth and then explained what treatment options I could haveI was emailed all the details that evening with a breakdown of all the costs and what treatment options I had. I chose what treatment I wanted to have done, paid my deposit, and then within three weeks all the work was done. I can now smile with confidence, and I am so happy with the work that was done. Mr. Ali and his team were amazing from start to finish. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease. I was seen by Catrina for a dental hygiene appointment today. As always, the reception team are so friendly and welcoming. Catrina and Moona were super gentle and caring and helped me feel relaxed. Catrina spent time explaining the my treatment clearly, identifying some areas I could make improvements and showing me helpful tips. My teeth feel fab after the visit, it was long overdue. I attended SCED for a complex upper molar extraction and had the pleasure of being treated by Mr Andrew Carton. From the initial consultation through to the procedure, aftercare, follow-up call and clinic visit, the standard of care was exceptional. Mr Carton is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely cares about his patients. He carried out the procedure with real expertise and I felt completely confident I was in the right hands throughout. The same can be said for his entire team, who were professional, supportive and welcoming. He is open, honest, and a genuinely great person to deal with. It’s been a pleasure meeting him, and I would wholeheartedly recommend both Mr Carton and SCED to anyone. Fantastic experience.
