Bupa Dental Care Folkestone

Excellent service. Reception was really welcoming and the Dentist was very clear and informative. I’ve booked a plan for my dentistry and feel very relaxed and aware of each stage. Would highly recommend.

The support and service are faultless. From the helpful, understanding reception staff to the professional caring dentist. Shilpa was absolutely superb. I felt confident in her professionalism. My only 'complaint' is the cost. It floored me that I had to pay £390 for just one filling and a small fix. Failing to have this done may have meant I might need root canal in the future, so I really felt I had no choice, but the cost of an essential like dentistry when no NHS service is available is criminal!

Cheryl was very thorough carrying out my annual inspection and found no concerns or issues even with new X-rays. Very pleased and reassured with the results. I feel that when I have to update my details the form could have the basics, ie name , d.o.b. , address etc. pre-filled in for me. Apart from that all good

Friendly and helpful staff. Very efficient dentist and assistant, on time and very clean. Liked being able to have my blood presure checked for free. Good service.

I’ve been to this dentist twice since moving into the area 6 months ago. Honestly the best I’ve been to. Ladies on reception are lovely and friendly, and the dental nurses and dentist & hygienist I’ve had seen were wonderful, very kind and caring. Attentive to my needs due to me suffering from dental anxiety, they were understanding. They really seem to care, which definitely made my experience a good experience. I can’t really fault any part of this practice. I’ve been both Bilal and Supanna, and would recommend both of them highly.

Very good relaxed atmosphere but professional at the same time . I got in a little earlier than my appointment. ( always a bonus) . I do have a phobia of the dentist visits , and I appreciate the kindness of all staff .

I have been seeing Casey for years, at 3 different practices... she is well worth following around! Casey is the most wonderful hygienist. She is extremely smart, professional and confident, and very solution orientated. She has improved my dental health considerably over the years, and I genuinely look forward to our appointments! The Bupa practice at Sandgate Road is large, bright and airy, the staff i engaged with seem friendly and professional. Special thanks to the dental nurse who was assisting Casey, another smart, funny and professional member of staff who added to the enjoyment of my visit.
