I gave this practice the benefit of the doubt after a previous root canal was not handled well, as I needed urgent treatment. For that original root canal, I was charged and then referred to a specialist, yet another dentist was later able to resolve the issue without difficulty. More recently, the receptionist booked me on the wrong day, despite me clearly explaining my availability. Overall, a disappointing experience. She has not called back despite me requesting her to do so.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Both of my children were due to see the dentist 6 months ago, we arrived at the appointment to be told the dentist was on holiday and it was cancelled. I didn't get the message from them so updated all my contact info (email, telephone and address) to ensure this wouldn't happen in the future. Fast forward to today, I took my 2 children and newborn baby to a 4pm appointment that was booked 6 months ago, to be told it was cancelled AGAIN as the dentist was on holiday AGAIN. I AGAIN was not contacted about this. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor admin management.

My dentist Sarah is very kind and she is caring after I had a nasty fall. Making sure i was comfortable in the chair before commencing treatment. receptionists are always pleasant and helpful

Sorry have to give this clinic one star. I went for an examination earlier because I wanted to arrange scaling polishing. After examination the dentist said I need two filling costing additional 240£ which I found suspicious as I have not had any decay for years. I didn’t trust the examination and subsequently went on to another clinic at work which confirmed there is no decay. If the clinic asks you to do funny treatment asking for money then be careful about it. They charge a lot of money and it’s not easy for us patient to judge whether they are true or not

Was seen by Carol today who is the Dental Practice Hygienst and my experience was amazing not half as bad as I thought the appointment would be. Carol was orofeddional and very calming throughout. I have booked now for my next appointment in 6 months time. Many thanks for making the experience pleasant .

Coming from someone who had not been to the dentist ever since their childhood years and registered as a patient late last year. I have had such a positive experience. My Dentist Joana and her nurse Peter are a massive credit to the practice. They are both friendly and informative. My teeth needed a lot of work and I have received exceptional treatment. One of my teeth was severely broken and only half of it remained. The filling I received did not only make my confidence go up but my tooth looks as good as new. I was originally very self conscious about my mouth but thanks to Joana and Peter I am a lot more comfortable with smiling without covering my mouth. The receptionists Alison, Chelly and Amy are always so welcoming, friendly and informative. Compared to other health practices the phones are swiftly answered and I am not having to recall five times or wait listening to the on hold music you normally hear. Overall Alison, Joana, Peter, Chelly and Amy are a credit to the MyDentist team and deserve all of the praise I can give!
