I had a fantastic experience at The Dental House Exeter. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was welcoming and professional, including the lovely dental nurses. Claire was amazing — she made me feel completely comfortable and supported throughout my Invisalign and composite bonding treatment. She really listened to what I wanted and took great care to achieve the perfect result. The end result is incredible, and my confidence has improved so much. I’m so pleased with how professional everything was from start to finish and couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you 🙂

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Claire at Dental House and honestly it’s been such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone has been so welcoming, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process. The communication and service have been brilliant, and I always felt really looked after. Big shoutout to the reception team as well for always being so kind and helpful. I still remember my first phone call with Nicki. She was so friendly, clear, and informative, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. Before choosing Dental House, I did a lot of research and had consultations with a few different practices in Exeter, but Dental House stood out straight away and definitely felt like the best fit for me. The clear communication and support from everyone really helped me make my decision. If you’re considering Invisalign or any other dental work, I’d definitely recommend Dental House. It’s genuinely been such an enjoyable journey and I’m so happy I chose them!

A very positive experience. Dr. Natalie Chalmers and Lucy were professional, welcoming and communicative. Before she started Dr Chalmers talked me through the various elements of the procedures, why they were being carried out, showed me relevant X-rays and generally made me feel assured that I was in safe hands. This level of communication continued throughout the hour of treatment with both her and Lucy checking I was comfortable and advising me of any particular actions before they were carried out. Before I left it was explained that the local anaesthetic would take a few hours to wear off and to ensure I was mindful with regards hot drinks and food. This was my second visit to see Dr Chalmers and I have received excellent treatment and client service on each occasion. Thank you.

I have been with the practice for many years. My dental care is provided by AP whose manner is caring, courteous and always welcoming. He provides valuable advice and support. During my last visit to the hygienist I was given proactive helpful advice. The customer service provide by front of house is also great, and again welcoming. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience with the hygienist Lucy and her assistant Lucy, and then Sarah, the dentist. I'm a nervous patient and all three put me at ease. I was impressed with the way they explained issues. They were very clear, informative and friendly. I highly recommend Dental House Exeter.

My journey started in June 2024 when I enquired into Invisalign. It was the best move I made. I was assigned to Marta who has been professional throughout and reassured me every step of the way which has made my journey so easy. I’m so pleased with the results I couldn’t be happier. I had a few bumps in the road by having a couple of crowns, one being my top front tooth. The front tooth crown is now in place and it matches identically to my other front tooth which Marta took a mould and got the colour match exact. From day 1 I got the impression straight away that Marta is a perfectionist and highly skilled, she has really looked after me to a point when I needed an emergency appt the practice made a special effort to fit me and for that I was truly grateful. The reception staff have also been amazing, very attentive and treat every patient with care. With this kind, supporting service I was receiving I immediately signed my family up to Dental House and haven’t looked back. What was truly touching as I’ve come to the end of my Invisalign, how pleased and proud Marta reacted with my end smile result. It showed in abundance she really cares for me and what she does as her profession. Highly recommend Dental House Exeter!

I've been attending Dental House Exeter for about 18 months now and have made a number of visits in that time as my previous NHS work needed replacing or repairing. I do not enjoy going to the dentist, but have always felt well cared for and time has been taken to check I am doing ok and work fully explained so I know what is happening. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a new dentist.
