Senay the dentist and Sophie the nurse were both super reassuring and friendly, they put me at ease when I was a bit stressed because of arriving slightly late for my appointment. The procedures and x-ray results were explained clearly. The reception staff were also helpful when I was running late. Much appreciated, thank you for a good experience!

Amy is just so professional and great at her job, my teeth and gums have never been looked after so well. Amy gives sound advice and recommendations that work! It’s always a pleasure to see Amy.

Corina was fantastic with my daughter who was extremely anxious about her appointment. She was patient and clearly explained to her each stage. She also showed really care and understanding during my appointment. She will be missed !

Extremely poor ! 3 appointments cancelled in a row, 1 was 5 minutes before the actual appointmenttime (2 in one week)! Explained that my daughter has had pain in her jaw back in November and since then still waiting to see the dentist! I spoke to reception and was told the manager would call me today! No call received. Tried to call but no response! Always a poor excuse! (I know its not the receptions fault!) Explained that my daughter is now going in to gcse exams so cant take anymore time off school but was ignored!

Within an hour of breaking my tooth late that evening, Dimitrios emailed me with an appointment for the next morning. He gave me all the options, gave me time to make my decision before extracting the tooth. Dimi is brilliant, has always been. He is very caring and attentive and has a good sense if humour. Thank you.

Could not recommend Pinhoe dental surgery highly ,, Simon is an excellent dentist , very professional . Explained what was being done at every step of tooth procedure The treatment needed was pain free and no side effects afterwards . Was made to feel relaxed and in capable hands . Thank you team !
