I am quite a nervous and anxious patient, so visiting the dentist has never been easy for me. However, from the moment I arrived at Willow House, I felt completely at ease. The dentist was incredibly calm, patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly before starting any treatment. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt fully in control throughout the appointment, which made a huge difference to my confidence. What really stood out was how reassuring and gentle the whole experience was. It’s clear they have a lot of experience with nervous patients, and they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though this is a private practice, the prices are very similar to what I used to pay at the NHS! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, especially if you feel anxious about visiting the dentist. Thanks Willow House.

The team here are great. Very friendly and professional. You’re always greeted with a friendly (and well kept) smile. The dental work I’ve had done and the advice given have been excellent and they are never pushy with treatments like some of the other practices can be. Very happy to be a patient there.

I cannot recommend Willow House Dental Surgery enough! From the moment we walked in, we were given such a warm and wonderful welcome by Ola. The whole team made my son feel completely at ease, which is incredible because he normally won’t let anyone go anywhere near his mouth. The kindness, care, and compassion they showed while looking after him was truly outstanding. They were so patient and gentle, constantly reassuring him, and because of that he was relaxed and comfortable throughout his appointment. It honestly made all the difference. A huge shout out to Dr Bhavic, Nurse Fardusa, for going above and beyond. You can really see how much they care about their patients. My son’s teeth look 100% better, and most importantly, he had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Willow House Dental Surgery to both adults and children. Absolutely loved it here from beginning to end. I haven’t been to the dentist in 14 years and this was my second ever visit so I rang up in the morning and called the dentist. I explained that I wasn’t sure what to book since I’ve never been before and helped me agree on a general checkup including and X-ray and a scale and polish. She was very friendly and transparent about the costs prior to booking. I arrived to a clean surgery and was met by a friendly receptionist and was seen within minutes. As a new patient, there was an option to indicate that dentist appointments make me quite anxious. I was then greeted by the nurse Fardusa and Dr. Bhavic who were sooo lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I felt well informed throughout the whole time and they made sure to regularly check on me. I will definitely be back in a years time. They have made me so much more comfortable attending the dentist to the point that I wish I was a dentist! 5/5

Can't recommend this dentist enough. Fitted me in at very late notice just before Christmas and the birth of my 2nd child for a tooth extraction I urgently needed. I'd been putting it off for quite some time due to fear of the pain, but I needn't have as it was remarkably painless in the end. Very professional and good value. Thank you again.

Attended for emergency treatment for a broken tooth. Efficient, effective and timely service. Will be revisiting for other work I would like done. On this particular visit, I had a very satisfactory experience... thanks Sion, you really helped me today!

Dr Shaun and Ola and the nurse have been amazing. Finding last minute appointment and advising on the right treatment and offering support afterwards too!
