Have been a patient of Stewart Cochrane for about 5 years now and it has been the best dental experience I have had. Stewart is incredibly professional and comforting. He actively listens to my concerns and works with me to make each appointment as comfortable as possible

Outstanding service at this practice. The team are extremely professional. The reception team welcomed me as soon as i walked through the door. The clinical team are highly efficient and explained everything in detail. Will be recommending Dr Stewart Cochrane my dentist and Julie Anderson my hygienist to my friends and family. Also want to say the nursing team are friendly and happy. A great practice.

I cannot recommend Dr. William Johns-Powell enough. He treats you with the utmost care and is highly reassuring during the entire procedure. He is clearly a very skilful and knowledgeable dentist with an impressive attention to detail. William transforms a worrying appointment into a very relaxed and welcome experience. I couldn't be happier with this Dental Practice. The Dental Nurses, Receptionists and also other Dentists there are always very kind and a pleasure to speak with in the waiting area too.

I have been attending the location referenced above for the past almost twenty years. During this time I have seen the dental practice change hands many times but, not only was the location convenient to me, but it was also an absolute pleasure to attend. Now I am looking for a new dentist. Whatever is going on at that practice now must be affecting other clients. It's a real shame but not sharing my experience would be a disservice to the good people of the practice present and past. I would just say that when I called to speak there is a lovely receptionist there called Helen - this must not reflect on her in any way. She and the other staff are lovely but the receptionist Kim is clearly troubled and obviously unhappy. The last thing a nervous patient needs is an unprofessional, unpleasant, sarcastic, trouble making 'welcome.' I cannot believe given the reputation she is giving this practice, that she is allowed to prevail. For goodness sake sort it out. UPDATE: All these months later and I still haven’t had a refund, an apology or any care or consideration. The only thing I got was a brief email saying that it may take several months to ‘investigate’ - a tiny office and months to investigate…unbelievable really.

Absolutely no hesitation to recommend the practice to others, my family and I have had outstanding care from our Dentist Will and the wider team. He is very kind and always takes the time to talk through everything, has been great in Supporting the orthodontics work and also undertaking some root canal two years ago, thats healed beautifully. My children all think he is great and like visiting to see him and kirsty. As a forces family we have had some great dentists on our travels yet he is by far our favourite!

I’m not very keen about going to the dentist however I shouldn’t have worried as Will and Rebecca made a great team to help me settle quickly. I enjoyed their friendly banter and appreciated their patience and kindness. The covid safety precautions overall were really efficient. Would recommend!
