I recently had a tooth extraction with Jonny Lightstone at JL Dental care and couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely professional, reassuring, and attentive to my wellbeing throughout the procedure. His bedside manner immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to explain aftercare clearly. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I wanted to leave a review as I am devastated I can’t come to JLD anymore and to highlight the dedication, warmth and fantastic care I received coming here. Having had the same dentist for roughly 30 years, making the decision to try somewhere new was very hard for me but Jonny came recommended and I was so glad I switched up my dental care! I have regained confidence in my smile and learned how to take care of my overall oral health, they really held me accountable when I struggle to fit things in to my routine. I would advise new patients to be cautious and not rely solely on the clinic’s Google rating, as my experience was very different from what the reviews suggested. I attended for a dental examination and hygiene appointment and left disappointed with both the quality of the cleaning and the communication during the visit. There was still visible calculus and tartar remaining on my upper teeth immediately after the hygiene treatment, and I also left without a clear explanation regarding the findings from the examination. Following this, I submitted a formal complaint and agreed a time for the complaints team to contact me by phone. Unfortunately, nobody called as agreed, which I found unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt rushed and did not leave me with confidence in the standard of care provided.

Me and all my family would not go anywhere else! We have been with JL Dental Care for years, Johnathan, Karen and the team are Excellent. We are always very happy with our dentist.

JL Dental Care has been our family dentist for almost 20 years and despite moving a number of times to different parts of London, we still travel across London to see Jonathan. His calmness, caring manner and ability to put patients at ease, sets him apart from other dentists. Recently, my daughter had a front tooth filling break off which left a worrying unsightly gap. She was seen the same day and the newer dentist, Johnny (who is also excellent) fixed her tooth and it looks like new. I highly recommend everyone at JL Dental Care.

Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly, and the service is top notch 🙂 Dr Leigh-Ann does such a thorough job of explaining everything that's going on with my teeth so I'm on the same page. The hygienists are equally as good and leave you with a bright smile 😀
