The worst receptionist I have ever encountered. Respectfully if you’re having a bad day, leave your problem at the door as your at your job. I always try to be respectful, I’ve had multiple appointment cancelled, first one because she booked me in with the hygienist and not the dentist, took time off work and turned up for the lovely hygienist who was mortified and asked me why I was back to see her. I left and rebook my appointment, cancelled the day off because the dentist was away! Fine ok, things happened. Just called to rebook again, and trying to clarify that I need an appointment with the dentist. She is then getting rude and saying I’m referring to the wrong person. Abruptly ending the call. Respectfully if you don’t like your job, LEAVE! rude human! Looking at other comments looks like this is a reoccurring issues with the same receptionist.

What professional, friendly and competent the dentists and hygienist are at this Practice: Emotional Literacy abounds. The dentist was most thorough even though I was NHS. The hygienist gave me an excellent scale and polish, quite the best I have had anywhere over decades. I would highly recommend this Practice. Thank you.

Visited dr jubran today and this was not my first visit He made me feel comfortable and at ease with treatment He is a pleasant person and a professional dentist I am more than satisfied with his treatment and always find my visit and almost pleasure if that's possible

Extremely needle phobic normally get sedated for any work. This place pretty much removed my phobias , really kind and professional both from dentist too receptionist. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for names but really great experience will definitely be a regular.

I was booked in for extraction of an infected wisdom tooth on 16/12/2025 after a consultation a few days before. Dr Jubran was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, professional and knowledgeable throughout. He eased my anxiety about the procedure and kept me informed and answered my questions. The whole procedure was performed with little to no pain and no bruising afterwards. I took painkillers once the anaesthetic wore off but 4 hours later I didn't feel the need to take any more. The area is healing nicely with no after effects. I was seen quickly and both Dr Jubran and his assistant were friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend.

I phoned up asking to change my appointment to a week earlier as I was having bad toothache, they said I could come in the next day great I thought, when I went in for my appointment the so called dentist was not qualified to do anything apart from a check up, I was told I needed root canal or extraction so to make an appointment with the actual dentist, when I went to the reception desk I was told the only dentist they had was on holiday until March!!! That's 2 months away, I was not told this on the phone when I rearranged my appointment or when I checked in, I am now suffering with toothache which nothing can get done about. I am now looking for a new dentist who actually communicates with their patients and has dentists available for treatments.

Great team, friendly staff. Was very impressed with Dr Merna, been so good to my anxiety with dentist!
