As a nervous patient, I have received great care from Herpreet and Lilly today. I needed a filling, and Herpreet took the time to explain each procedure. I was given a clear signal to use if I needed a pause. Lilly was a very capable assistant. Both showed care and patience. I have been with the practice for over 25 years and all the staff are professional and courteous.

I highly recommend Herpreet. My appointments with her are always such lovely experiences. She makes me feel completely at ease, explains everything clearly, takes the time to check my teeth thoroughly and gives me brilliant advice. She is thoroughly professional and amazing. I would definitely want to see Herpreet again!

I would strongly advise against using this clinic for a scale and polish. My appointment was extremely rough. My gums were bleeding afterwards and I was in pain for an entire week, which has never happened to me with previous hygiene treatments. A couple of hours after I got home, even though the heavy bleeding had stopped, you could still see blood between almost every tooth in the photos I took. During the appointment, the bonding on my retainer was damaged. The clinician who originally fitted it has told me the repair will cost around £600, which I now have to pay out of pocket. What made it worse was the way my complaint was handled. The practice manager initially dismissed my concerns and suggested the problem was my teeth before properly understanding what had happened. My complaint was then passed back to the same clinician who carried out the treatment, and I was not offered a neutral assessment. In my view, this is completely inappropriate and not a fair complaints process. Now I have to deal with additional stress and time spent escalating the complaint further in order to seek a fair resolution. I do want to add that the reception team were genuinely lovely and among the most pleasant I have encountered at Bupa clinics.

I had an emergency appointment yesterday with Simon and his lovely nurse. I am terrified of the dentist and had a broken wisdom tooth which had become badly infected. My tooth was removed with no pain and they really put me at ease. I am so grateful to them and the reception lady. Thank you so much

I spoke with Karen today and she was absolutely fantastic! As a self-confessed dentist phobe, I was quite anxious about calling, but Karen immediately put me at ease with her kindness, professionalism, and lovely sense of humour. She made the registration process simple and answered all my questions with ease and patience. Every business needs people like Karen, she’s a true credit to the team and really makes all the difference!
