I visited this practice a few years ago and the dentist I saw immediately quoted me for around six fillings, presenting it as a serious issue that needed urgent treatment. I left the appointment feeling worried, overwhelmed, and as though I was about to be pushed into a huge bill. I later sought a second opinion from another dentist who confirmed I only needed two fillings — and to this day I haven’t needed any of the additional work I was told was necessary. That really highlighted to me that the focus at this practice felt more about money than patient well-being. Overall, I felt misled, pressured, and left far more anxious than reassured. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return and couldn’t recommend this practice.

amazing dental practice! I was visiting family about 2 hours from home, I had a dental emergency and these guys saw me despite not being registered with them, and did so on a Saturday - that in itself is amazing. the treatment and advice they gave me was 1st rate, probably better than my own dentist. the staff there were friendly and very professional. I simply cannot recommend this dentist enough, absolutely amazing. Thankyou so much 🙏

I struggle with severe anxiety but Keiren and Jackie always go above and beyond to help me attend and make it as easy as possible for me. Someone from reception, usually Jackie, always comes out to the car when the dentist is ready and walks round with me so I can go straight in. She is really lovely, always chats warmly to me like an old friend, to help put me at ease. Keiren always books me as his last patient of the day so there's no rush and everything can be done at my pace. He calmly explains everything he is doing clearly to me, even things like moving the chair or adjusting the light so I am not caught off guard. The whole team are friendly and caring. They are so patient with me and genuinely make me feel like I matter. I am really grateful to be a patient here and would recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend Emily for orthodontics and Rhiannon for build-up composite. Rhiannon did a fabulous job building up 4 teeth in one appointment achieving fantastic results despite various complexities. The whole procedure delivered a great result cosmetically with no pain. Rhiannon was very patient, working with me to achieve the result I desired.

It is a wholesome and beautiful experience for me with Aneesah, she’s a very amazing dentist, professional, informative and welcoming with genuine smile, kind with soothing words that I literally do not feel overwhelmed by the issue of my tooth. I’m happy to have the best treatment in Bupa dental care, derby with the dentist Aneesah. I’ll recommend everyone and anyone to visit and have a wonderful care delivered to them. The receptionist is an amazing lady, always welcoming with smile and soothing words as well. My Overall experience is EXCELLENT and I’m happy with the service delivered to me.

Visited the derby practice today for a permanent crown on my front tooth and wow i have no words fantastic work by aneesah brilliant dentist very professional in terms of how she works plus the information aneesah provided from start to finish highly recommended
