Referred by NHS dentist, to complete treatment, had hardly any wait for the appointment to be scheduled. Prior to appointment, full screening completed online. On actual appointment day, given thorough explanation of procedure pre treatment, and detailed post treatment instructions. Contacted three days later to ensure no issues had developed. First interaction with this service, and was very impressed. Very clean environment, with pleasant, professional staff. If you need referral to the services it provides, rest assured, you are in competent hands.

I had been referred after my own dentist couldn't remove my tooth. I was very anxious about having another procedure however the team were amazing and made the whole experience much more manageable.

A friendly, reassuring and skilled dentist who dealt with the procedure quickly. The only discomfort was ( as expected) in the injection. The extraction and stitches were completely pain-free. Great aftercare with text follow ups. 👌

I was very anxious before the appointment, I was assured by my clinician that it was a straight forward procedure. The clinician Rebecca Heirons was really good, talking me through everything. The nurses are nice, calm and helpful. No ill effects from the surgery and any pain was managed very well. I don't like going to the dentist, however the team at Queensway made the experience as good as possible, I would use their service again. Overall I would recommend this practice.
