Very friendly reception staff and a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The waiting area is comfortable, with plenty of seating and air conditioning, which is especially appreciated on warmer days. Both the dentist and hygiene staff were professional, welcoming, and made the experience feel relaxed. I also appreciated that nothing felt pushy or sales-oriented. My appointment started slightly later than scheduled, but I had allowed extra time and it didn’t impact my overall experience. Overall, a positive visit and a practice I would be happy to recommend.

What a surprise to find my best dentist practise hiding in plain sight here in Cranbrook. Isobel is the most accomplished dentist I have been treated by. All the team from receptionists to hygienists to dental nurses . First class . If you’re local or indeed not so local . They are as Tina T. Said ….Simply the best 😊

All of the dentists & hygienists at Tanyard & Golding that my family and I have used, I genuinely cannot recommend highly enough. They are so reassuring and always make sure you feel comfortable, listened to and in control throughout treatment. My son struggles with quite severe anxiety, and they went above and beyond to ensure he felt safe, calm and able to get through his appointment. A special shoutout to Michelle, who is usually front of house, but was also in during treatment with my son. She did such an amazing job keeping him laughing, relaxed and distracted throughout. It made such a difference for him (and me). A really lovely, caring dental practice that we highly recommend 🤍

I cannot recommend this practice more strongly. The entire team are excellent. Having chipped a front tooth and not in pain, I was expecting an appointment some weeks in the future. However, I was seen within a day (slotting me in an cancelled appointment). I did not feel the injection as Stuart took time to numb the gum fully. The resulting tooth repair is remarkably identical to the original. I am grateful to Stuart for his expertise. I no longer fear going to the dentist.

Excellent experience as always. Able to make an appointment at short notice for an emergency and then offered an earlier cancellation appointment . In addition all staff are friendly and welcoming. Stuart and his assistant (apologies for not knowing the name), work together with fine tuned precision .

A gold crown came away but there was no problem getting an emergency appointment to have it refitted. Super friendly treatment all round. I can’t fault this dental practice.

I am writing to say what a outstanding service I received yesterday at this practice. My appointment was with Liz the Hygienist; she kind, patient and extremely professional; she was supported by an efficient & caring nurse. I was made to feel welcomed and well cared for by the the team, which include 2 lovely receptionists. I am lucky to have found such a high quality dental practice.
