The best dental practice I have ever experienced. From the warm inviting decor, to the staff and customer service provided. I came here as a referral to get a root canal and I left the practice feeling like I'd been on a spa day out! The experience was pain free, even when Dr Tiwana used the needles to numb the area. I was able to watch Netflix whilst the procedure was being completed and throughout I was being checked on. I even received a call the day after to check I wasn't in pain. Customer service is next to none and I'd highly recommend using this practice. If I lived closer, I certainly would be registered here! Every member of staff was friendly and said hello, which really does make a difference.

Dental hygienist appointment with Jay. What a lovely experience. Both Jay and the skilled dental nurse were very professional, gentle and friendly. What I particularly appreciated were the short breaks every minute or so enabling me to realign my ( very stiff) jaw. Just a few seconds but it made the whole experience much more pleasant. Thank you.

First time visiting and I had a really good cleaning with Jay. He was extremely thorough with his exam and took the time to talk through everything with me. He was knowledgeable, respectful and didn't try to sell me anything or push me into unnecessary procedures. The cleaning itself was gentle but very thorough. It's a bit more expensive than other places in the area but the stain removal is noticeably superior and worth the cost. I was so surprised and pleased with how it turned out. Everyone else I interacted with was also kind and professional. They also have very convenient online booking for same or next day hygiene appointments. I'll definitely be coming back.

I have used this practice for many years and have always been very pleased with the treatment I have received. Kate has been looking after me for several years now and she is lovely. She is very thorough and explains everything if you have any concerns, Prices are very high but unfortunately now we have to go private this is what you have to pay, Unfortunately it is a sign of the times

Great experience today with Jay and Ros! They were both friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable, especially knowing how stressed I get at these appointments. Really appreciated how clearly they explained things and took their time. Highly recommend! Thank both.

Needed to have a tooth out in emergency, was booked in on the day of calling and seen within 3h (by midday), dentist was very proffesional and took his time with me after I explained I have a crippling fear of the dentist, an hour later the problem tooth was out and I was on my way home recover. I am a very nervous patient at the dentist but they made feel as calm/comfortable as could be in a very relaxed and proffesional atmosphere

Very friendly staff and efficient, careful dental care from Mr Tiwana who is excellent and explained my dental work very clearly and patiently to me, I think I did ask a lot of questions! The work was done pain free using the latest technology. I have my treatment completed now and I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend.
