All about the money three bad experiences with them ! They are happy to make you wait for 45 whilst they run consistently late with no apologies but if they keep you waiting they’ll have the nerve to say your ten minutes late I’ll see if the dentist can see you deliberately wasting another 10 minutes. The practice manager tried to bully and upset me by ringing me and screaming down the phone at me in the end had to call BUPA . Actually got a parking ticket as free on the street parking ran out as they kept me waiting so long. Really upsetting experience there - just awful. Ended up writing a letter to say I wouldn’t be coming back as I couldn’t face speaking to her again. Another time when I was in pain as I’d just been there that afternoon and they’d seen me that day receptionist refused to go speak to the dentist to ask for advice and antibiotics she says if you want an emergency Appoinment this afternoon or tomorrow that will be over £250.00. Just the most dreadful service and awful awful awful way to treat patients.

What an excellent team you all are. My dentist Joana is the consummate professional. She always takes time to explain everything she is doing and gives sound advice for my dental care. I have always had a fear of injections when requiring a filling, but Joana was so gentle and meticulous that I almost never felt a thing. She has certainly allayed my fear of the needle. Ruby the dental nurse was very welcoming and Jade on reception always gets me sorted out with future dates and paperwork. A great practice. 👍

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this dental office. I attended my appointment with my 1-year-old child, who understandably became scared during the examination. Instead of responding with patience or reassurance, the staff member looking in my mouth told my child to "be quiet or she’ll check her teeth," which only increased her fear. This comment was inappropriate and unprofessional, especially toward a young child who cannot understand the situation. Additionally, another young staff member in the room repeatedly gave me disapproving looks, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. At no point did anyone attempt to calm or comfort my child or show empathy for the situation. Overall, I felt disrespected and unwelcome during my visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office — particularly to parents or anyone who expects courteous and compassionate care.

What a truly fantastic team😊. The care I have received from my dentist Iro, and the nurses, has been 100%. I felt with each visit (there were a few!!!), my care was definitely personalised, Iro ensured I was fully informed at every step, allowing me to make the right decisions, for the best outcome. At the end of my treatment course, I was so happy with the result, she helped me to be able to smile again...thank you Iro. It is definitely team work at this practice. The ladies on reception are amazing😊, very warm, friendly, and professional, the phone was always answered promptly with any queries I had. I also thought the interactions they had with other patients, when I was waiting to be seen, was rather lovely. I would happily recommend this practice. Not forgetting Sarah (hygienist), she has such wonderful interpersonal skills, I almost fell asleep during one of her sessions, I was so relaxed!!.

I have received and continue to receive the absolute best care from David Vivian and the team. Courtney his dental nurse has been an absolute star and always makes sure I am well looked after before during and after my treatment. David is caring compassionate and could not do enough to help me with severe nerve pain, which affects my teeth. They do everything they can to ensure I get some relief from the awful pain I suffer from. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The care is 100% and every single person I have interated with at the practice can not do enough for you. Thank you everyone that works there.

After transferring to this dental practice a little while ago I have found the team here to be extremely polite and helpful. My dentist Iro has done a fantastic job of correcting some dental issues I had and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking to change or seeking a new dental practice.

Outstanding service. The lady Dentist was brilliant & so easy to talk. She put me at ease straight away. The dental nurse was so approachable & professional in her job. And the admin staff were really friendly and professional. I recommend this dental practice highly.
