I could not recommend or commend this dentist enough. I am a very nervous and anxious person in a dentist. The receptionist are so warm and welcoming and so unbelievably helpful. But above move the lovely lady dentist (Abeer) has gone above and beyond to make me feel calm and confident! I just had a root canal treatment and she was amazing! Explained everything and checked in on me a lot! She really does perfect patient care! I could not put into words how amazed I am with this dentist!

I have taken the plunge and treated myself to the boutique whitening at my dentist in Coalville. After a few weeks I could not believe the difference in the shade of my teeth that I honestly was embarrassed by them before I invested in this product. My confidence has had a massive boost and feel like a new person. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I want to give a 5 star rating to a member of staff who exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. I am a carer to my partner who has chronic mobility issues which means he is unable to attend the practise; Coral took time to listen and understand the problems and, having spoken to her colleagues and even accessing on line advice for possible alternative ways of getting treatment, she called me back as promised with a potential solution. I can’t thank you enough Coral. If there is an in-house award for customer care you will certainly be getting my vote.

From start to finish I have always felt comfortable going to the dentist every single person who works here is very polite and respectful and always make me laugh before I've had my appointment so when I see the dentist I'm relaxed and not as anxious as I was when I walked in the door .Many thanks to all at My Dentist

Absolutely disgusting the way i was treated today 20/8/25.cracked my right rear tooth this morning and managed a cancellation this afternoon (great 😄) £59 deposit and was x rayed to be told no problem I'll extract it. He numbed it then saw another patient .Went back in for him to just simply twist and snap it off leaving me in a mess and a phone number to ring to get sorted!!! Ended up at a specialist in Leicester. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING. I must add they chared me the £59 for assessment etc. But he quickly voided the £219 extraction.

All the staff at My Dentist put you completely at ease ,everybody is very friendly and welcoming. My dentist is Stan , and I can't recommend him enough. If there were 10 stars I would him 11

I’m very impressed with the treatment I’ve received from Abeer. Her thoroughness and dedication truly set her apart from any previous care I’ve experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
