I’ve been a patient at Chigwell Smile for over 35 years, and the care I’ve received over that time has been exceptional. My long-standing dentist, Alan, has been wonderful, highly skilled, thoughtful, and someone who made the practice feel genuinely personal and caring. When Alan semi-retired and transferred his NHS patients to the new owners, Meera and her brother Nick, I was understandably disappointed not to continue my care with him. However, Meera has been great, warm, friendly, and reassuring from the outset. I recently had to return for a treatment touch-up, and Meera and her team were incredibly accommodating and attentive. She took the time to explain treatment options in detail, particularly around areas I was interested in exploring, which made me feel informed and confident in my choices. It’s reassuring to see the practice continue to deliver such high-quality, personal care.

I had a fantastic experience at Chigwell Smile recently for my dental and hygiene appointment. Dr. Nik Amin is incredibly professional, thorough, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you sit in the chair. The practice is modern and spotless, and the hygiene treatment was the most comfortable I’ve had. It’s clear the whole team cares about patient comfort. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of this practice for well over 30 years. As Alan is moving towards retirement now, I started having Meera. They know there that I have a real phobia of dentists, even dreading a check up. However I can honestly say I have never experienced any pain during any treatment and they are all so kind and caring and patient with me. Even Alishba, the hygienist is so lovely, as is the dental nurse and Mimi the receptionist. Thank you to you all for being so kind.

My son and I have recently had appointments with Dr. Nik Amin and he has been great, lovely manner and explains things throughly. My son is happy going to the dentist! Everyone at the surgery are lovely and friendly.

This was my first appointment with Dr Meera, despite being a patient for 30+ yrs. Dr Meera explained all the findings and what we were planning to do. Everything was clearly explained and I was given time to ask questions. Really positive experience and 5star service from her, staff in reception and the hygienist. Never had a problem in all the years using this practice and their excellence continues.

I visited the surgery for my second session yesterday (02-12-25). I was very impressed with the service from the friendly staff. Meera explained everything in detail and the options available. It has taken a long time to be able to join this surgery's list but I feel the wait was worthwhile. I have resolved to attend more regularly in future. So, thank you for the excellent service.

I have been a patient at Chigwell Smile dental surgery for over three years now and have always had a positive experience with them. Both Alan and Nik are exceptional, knowledgeable and super gentle. I have had a fair amount of work done here, swapping old silver fillings for white ones. The new hygienist is very caring also, my teeth are sparkling white again!
