Really old building, which is cool. Friendly and professional staff. Being in chi there is no phone signal, so waiting for appointment can be tedious, but thats no reflection against Smiles. Other then maybe they could provide wifi whilst there?

Had a certain dentist all my life they have apparently retired instead of being notified got told Abruptly when turned up for the appointment , which caused some anxiety as dentist isn’t always a fun place to go. Also have notice less and less friendliness from staff each time we go in . Guessing under a lot of pressure. We just always thought was a great dentist until recently. So disappointed!

I strongly recommend avoiding Chichester Smiles dental practice. Over the course of approximately eight years as a patient, I observed a marked and consistent decline in both professionalism and competence. Staff interactions were frequently discourteous, marked by irritability and, on multiple occasions, overtly insulting behaviour. Administrative errors were routine: I was double-charged on two separate visits. The second incident was met not with a refund, but with the offer of a "free" dental hygiene treatment, presumably intended as compensation. It was not. The final episode prompting my departure involved a filling that resulted in an unusually large and visibly conspicuous gap between my front teeth. A second opinion was required. The new dentist, in the process of corrective work, discovered a cotton swab that had been left embedded in a previous filling performed by Chichester Smiles. At times the standard of care genuinely felt cavalier. However, I feel obliged to mention that Dr Him-Ho was a genuinely competent and conscientious practitioner — in fact, the only one I encountered at the practice. His departure precipitated the drop in standards.

Best dentistry I've ever been too. Vanessa, Mary and Harry saw me at different times this week and all were excellent. Harry did the final procedure and I couldn't be more grateful for their expertise. Highly recommended.

Love this dentist. They have been so helpful and understanding over the past year or so that I’ve needed help with my teeth. Always willing to help when they can, and very reassuring when I’ve felt anxious. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks team Smiles!

I am very nervous about visiting the dentist. I cracked a tooth and was referred to Smiles by their sister surgery for extraction of the tooth. When I arrived at my appointment, I was collected by a lovely lady who instantly put me at ease. I explained that I was very stressed about the thought of having my tooth removed, but they were very understanding and assured me that they would do everything to make me as comfortable as possible. I was given local anaesthetic, then the area was checked to see if I could feel anything. Once the dentist (A Kunjar) was confident that I was numb, the procedure started. The extraction itself, literally took 5 minutes. I was so relieved. Great experience (as dentist visits go :-)). I will much happier about attending the dentist now.

I had my first check up today and was really impressed. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, the appointment was earlier than scheduled which was a big relief and the dentist was really thorough and a lovely man. All in all one of the best dental experiences I have had!
