When you don't mind going to the dentist they must be doing something right. I experienced a quick and easy booking in system having completed an electronic form ahead of time. It's much easier being able to do this at leisure in your own time at home. There is hardly any waiting time if you attend five minutes before your appointment time. I had a quick exam and a clean - my bad for not changing my toothbrush heads when I should have - and a stern, but nicely delivered message about gums. A quick payment process at the exit and off I go. As with any organisation, to me the people providing the service are the most important part of the business. From beginning to end, these people are truly amazing. Professional and friendly, with a great way of putting you at ease.

I have found Birtley MyDentist to be very caring and efficient. They have always swiftly acted on any urgent issues I have had. The recent issue was my very old crown had fallen out. I rang on the morning and they fitted me in within 2 hours and it was all sorted on that visit. Excellent service.

From entering the practice the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The dentist and his assistant make sure you are not nervous. They have a very calm and friendly personality. They keep you informed of what they are doing and listen to any concerns you have. The hygienist and her assistant are so friendly they also reassure you. Her treatment is very thorough and you leave knowing your teeth have been professionally cleaned. Overall each and every member of the dental practice are very professional, friendly, trustworthy and supportive. Best dental practice in the north east. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for professional staff who reassure you if you have a phobia of dentists.

I have been a client of this practice for a number of years. The service and all of the staff are superb. It is a busy practice however it appears to run like clockwork. All interactions with all staff are dealt with in a professional and personable manner.

My 5 year old, ASD daughter has a fear of going to the dentist. She gets anxious about being there and usually has panic attacks in the car on the way there. Vikram has been so supportive and understanding of her needs after several visits now, that she’s finally more comfortable going appointments. He explains what he’s going to do and how he’s going to do it, and answers all of her questions with patience and understanding… and a ‘pinkie promise!’ Last appointment, she was the gloved- assistant to her brother and came away with the desire to be a dentist. Since our family visit last week, she has now role-played being a dentist and helping a worried patient (me in role) to not be scared anymore. I honestly can’t believe the difference in my daughter and can’t praise Vikram and the team highly enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recieved an appointment almost immediatey for an extractiom .Mrs Mohamed carried out the procedure without any pain and was very helpful throughout
