My son had his fixed brace for just over a year, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The dentist took the time to explain all the treatment options and advised that the brace would likely be needed for 18 months to two years. However, after just over a year, my son’s teeth were perfectly straight and the brace was removed. He experienced no pain, rubbing, or breakages throughout the treatment, which made the whole process very smooth. We would highly recommend this practice.

Two of my daughters has received and is currently receiving treatment to straighten their teeth and now my eldest’s treatment has finished we are absolutely thrilled with her results. I can’t recommend My Denist My orthodontist more highly. We had such a positive experience this morning, which is a complete contrast to an experience we had at another dentist in Chelmsford. The lady on reception could not have been more welcoming and helpful and the dentist we saw was so kind to my 13 year old daughter. Braces are going on shortly. She’s very happy. Thank you

I have had an amazing experience with this orthodontist. the staff are lovely and made me feel super comfortable. i got my braces off today and feel so good with the results and how well they treated me.

Very disappointing experience with this dental surgery. On one occasion, my daughter had a high temperature and cough, yet we were still expected to give 48 hours’ notice to cancel the appointment. It’s unrealistic to predict when a child will suddenly become unwell. Today, we arrived just 10 minutes late due to circumstances beyond our control and were turned away, as they only allow a 5-minute grace period. However, on several occasions when we’ve arrived on time, we’ve had to wait 15–20 minutes or more to be seen. This inconsistency feels unfair. Booking appointments has also been quite difficult, and overall the service does not feel accommodating or understanding—especially for working parents who may face unexpected challenges. I hope the practice can review its policies and take a more flexible, patient-friendly approach.
