Rose Hill Dental Surgery

Went to the dentist today to have 2 teeth out dr vaneeta was amazing as always. My family and myself have been going for 30 years. We laugh so much and vaneeta makes us feel so relaxed would definitely recommend. The reception lady's r so lovely they make u feel so welcomed always smiling.

Totally brilliant dentist. If it wasn’t for these guys we may have not been so lucky in getting treatment and catching something very early. I’d be batted from Gp to dentist multiple times until I went here on an emergency basis and was put on the correct pathway. Thank you so much!

Haven’t been to the Dentist for a very long time . Registered here and had my first appointment. Really nice feeling in there Receptionists really helpful and Didn’t wait which always makes me more nervous. Lovely Dentist Can’t Fault them .

We had an emergency dental appointment here for my daughter whose tooth had broken into two today. The whole team in here has been great in comforting her in this kind of tragic situation. The operation took less than a minute but the emotional support, explanation on aftercare etc. is second to none. Simply put - brilliant.

Sadly don't do the treatment but the chinese looking doctor was super kind nhs check costs around 27£. I went through 111 emergency and they sorted all quickly

My usual dentist and always been amazing. Had an emergency appointment Friday and cannot thank you enough for getting me out of pain so quickly. I was shaking so much but you reassured me so well. Thanks.

I cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I and my family are by the behaviour of the dentist Benita ( one of the receptionists refused to give us her name we had to tell them our right to put a review so they gave us this name which frankly do not know if that is her real name or not , she acts like NHS is private and she owns it, so 2 weeks ago i had my usual cheeck up paid for it and she advised me to take another appointment which i did , waited 2 weeks with a broken tooth this is my third or forth appointmnet for the same tooth) and just like that in the morning the queen of NHS decided to tell me that she won't be doing the same job she advised me to be done,she went even further telling my husband which did not mutter a word to cancel his coming appointmnet, so sad no professionalism no responsibility just the attitude saying:" I am in charge I do as i please", she was telling us that she can use NHS for people that please her, obviosly she forgets that his hard work and millions of others pay NHS so the high and mighty woman can play with people,s tooth and decide who gets cured or not. My question is, if she did not want to treat my tooth ( last appointment for the same tooth, she decided to make a quick clean instead), why make me wait 2 weeks with a broken tooth, making us run to the surgery at 9.15( my husband finished his shift at 2.30 pm this morning ) and then playing the queen of England and dismiss me just before sitting on the chair ?? She acts like we are beggars, in fact, we paid for our treatments, still she keeps advising us to go to Italy to do our teeth, told her that we hold a British passport as well and we have lived permanently in UK for the second decade, and this is the only home we have on this earth, she persists in her request. Knowing that we pay the NHS, we should be able to get a service like putting a cover,( whatever she called it ) on a broken tooth till we can find a specialist to look after it. She did not like me saying that a year ago she made a plan to cure this tooth, and last moment decided to just give a quick cleaning to my bottom tooth, advising me to go home and cure it. Kept telling her that my husband is working and I have a little one to look after and cannot fly to Italy whenever she advises me, but the woman insisted, even with my husband telling him to go to Italy to refill the same tooth he paid for her to fill up. Some 14 years ago, we had a dentist in Benhill Surgery in Sutton who actually cured our teeth, and that was Dr Nuno, who unfortunately had an accident while skiing and stopped practising. Since then, it seems that the appointments are only to present a bill to the NHS, and I feel very let down repeatedly indeed. If I wanted to talk to someone, I would go see a shrink, not some unmannered mayhem of entitled bufoons. This behaviour would extend to my kids. I have rarely seen an adult with an easier vendetta development than this woman. Professional behaviour and an attitude to actually help patients would actually reduce the costs of the NHS and make our lives less stressed out.
