I joined as a new patient for an emergency filing. The entire team were very welcoming. I was privileged to meet Charlie who is an incredibly skilled and kind dentist. He ensured I was comfortable and pain free at all times. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for those with dental phobia like myself!

This was first visit and what a wonderful first time experience I had from being greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist Amanda to the beautiful decor of the building to being treated by Neema. I am such a bag of nerves when I go to the dentist but gosh from the minute I walked in I felt relaxed. The fact you can have a payment plan helps with no bill at the end. I am so bowled over with the level of service I received I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the team for all your hard work.

I called the practice for an emergency appointment as I had a front cracked tooth that needed repairing before the weekend and my usual dentist couldn’t fit me in. From start to finish, the experience was excellent, everyone was friendly, professional, and really helpful. The booking process was quick and easy, and they managed to see me the following day. I was especially impressed that they followed up the next day to check everything was okay. Really impressed with the service, I will definitely use them again!

Had such a positive experience today, thanks to the lovely staff members. I was absolutely terrified and kept avoiding to book my appointment many times because it was a tooth extraction, but in the end it was nothing like I imagined. The team was so lovely, understanding and reassuring throughout the whole experience, which honestly made such a difference for me. And it was a stubborn tooth - and no pain at all! They really understood the anxiety and fear of facing dentist appointments. Definitely the most positive experience I’ve had at a dentist, and I truly feel like I’ve finally found a dentist for my family. Thank you so much.

My family have been patients at the practice for many years, recently I saw the newer dentist Neema, after having been treated by Alyn for a very long time. Neema was great, providing great emergency treatment and then root canal and crown - he was excellent and checked in between treatments that everything was good. Really would recommend these guys.

Just joined as a new patient and all I can say is, I have never felt so comfortable being at a dentist (I am not a fan!!). The explanation of all the treatments needed was very clear, and the staff are so friendly. Absolutely delighted with my decision to switch to this practice

I have been going to Pontcanna Dental for about 18 years now and can’t praise them enough. You are made very welcome and put at ease as soon as you walk through the door, all such nice people. I have always been a nervous patient, but every time I leave I wonder what I was nervous about. Had to have treatment yesterday, a root canal so again nervous, first time with Neema as Alan had retired. I didn’t feel a thing, so gentle , no pain start to finish. Thank you all
