Bromsgrove Dental Clinic

Second visit today and I had filling and an extraction carried out by Dr Shannon Benjamin. Such a lovely man who is relaxed, reassuring and very efficient; I didn't experience any pain at all. The receptionist is very nice and welcoming which I feel is important for any patient feeling apprehensive. I definitely recommend a visit here next time you're considering a change of dentist.

I am no fan of visiting the dentist, no disrespect to any dentists around, its just never been a nice place to go, so I have not been going.... However I was recommended BDC by friends so decided to visit and saw Shannon. Great guy, put me at ease and gave some great advise and treatment. 100% happy and now happy I have a dentist I can go to on a regular basis without worry!

My auntie was here yesterday she had her surgery she was there for 4 hours in total the staff were all so welcoming and friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in need !

Always first class service! Dr Pavlova is the most amazing dentist. She is kind, caring, understanding and also a perfectionist. She has done an amazing job on lots of aspects of dentistry and facials and is also fantastic with my son. I cannot recommend her enough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. A fantastic dentist for everyone!

After 6 weeks of excruciating pain being fobbed off by 111 and other NHS dentists with constant antibiotics, I saw Dr Benjamin who was non other than amazing I’m a extremely anxious and nervous patient, who’s past experiences with the dentist haven’t been great with care. I had a massive abscess to which on the second visit (after having some strong antibiotics) hadn’t gone down and was sent to the hospital to the maxfax team to drain it. I had a follow up call from the dentist and booked in to have the tooth removed. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the best care. I’m also entitled to NHS treatment but I would rather pay to been seen by BFD because there care and compassion is next to none ** please update your days & times your open **

I attended this practice for the first time and was amazed how professional, caring, understanding they were. The dentist listened and talked me through my options. I was not put under any pressure to accept the treatment. I did have the treatment, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed he talk me through my treatment every step of the way, I had 2 follow up appointments to check I had no discomforts. I would highly recommend this dental practice they are very professional

Had the best experience here today, I’m such a nervous person when it comes to the dentist. They gave me all my options there was no pressure, they did everything at my pace. Thank you so much I will forever be grateful.
