Yatton Dental and Implant Centre

My visit to the Yatton Surgery was so good. My appointments were on time and the reception team were fully aware of why I was there. My experience of the dental professionals was excellent. They were caring and supportive, were always telling me what was going on with the treatment. I was given new appointments for further treatment before I left the surgery.

I recently had an appointment with Salvatore and his nurse, as an extremely nervous patient they were both amazing and really made me feel at ease. Salvatore explained everything he was going to do before he did it and they have really helped me in the start of getting over my nervousness of going to the dentist. The receptionists are also really lovely to talk to and very understanding. My whole experience was lovely.

All of the staff here are polite, friendly and kind. Our dentist (Sal) is also great with my 2 children and they look forward to their trips to the dentist. I am now no longer a "nervous patient". I wouldn't consider moving to a different dentist even though we travel around 20 miles to come here.

I went for an initial assessment and the staff were nice and I paid upfront on the phone for the first initial appointment being a new patient which I can understand however I find it quite odd requesting payment up front for following treatments which I have not received yet (over £1000). I haven’t had that experience with any dental practice I’ve been to. I can understand a deposit or % upfront. Having spoken to friends who have recently had dental treatment I also found their prices to be very high compared to other practices. I decided to shop around and went elsewhere and received treatment I needed to half to a third the price of what I was quoted here… and paid after treatment. The whole experience felt very much money first and customer second

Speaking as someone who gets quite nervous for dental appointment, from the initial call through to booking my follow up appointment, this practice & their team were honestly one of the most welcoming and friendly group of people which really helped to quell any jitters. I would highly recommend!

My appointment was for a routine 6 month check up and that with a visit to the hygienist went OK. I think they had accepted an urgent request for an appointment and slotted in before me meant that I was kept waiting for some time. Annoying but these things happen and there may come a time when I need an urgent appointment!!

Having just completed a course of treatment at Yatton dental I am more than happy to recommend their service Having never been good at the dentist I was greeted with a smile and put at ease by the brilliant receptionists The dentist Andre and his nurse are both caring professional and efficient getting me through my treatment in addition the hygienist and his nurse were both qually efficient and supportive Thanks all for your care and compassion I am gratefull
