Our whole family has had an excellent experience with Smile Orthodontics. I have had fixed braces, my son has also had fixed braces, and my husband had Spark aligners. I had an amazing experience at Smile Solution with my doctor, Helen Leach. She is absolutely wonderful, very kind, hardworking, and attentive to detail. From the very first day, I felt she was doing an excellent job. In my situation, I came to the UK from Sri Lanka with braces already fitted. I wasn’t able to travel back to Sri Lanka regularly for adjustments, so I visited several places to continue my treatment. However, they all refused to adjust my braces and suggested removing them and starting again with their own system. On my very first visit, Dr. Helen assured me that she could continue with my existing braces. She was very positive and handled everything professionally. She did an amazing job, and now I can finally smile with beautiful teeth because of her. I truly cannot thank her enough. I would also like to thank Helen’s supportive nurse, who was very helpful, kind, and reassuring throughout my treatment. The staff were also very kind and friendly. Mellony, the Head Receptionist, was especially welcoming and always pleasant to talk to. Thank you to this amazing team.
