Smile HQ - Exceptional Dentistry

I went to Smile HQ for teeth whitening . I could not recommend them more .It is a very friendly professional place . I had the dentist Jake he was so thorough in he’s consultation explaining everything and taking x- ray all included in the price. Jake is friendly and professional as he’s dental nurse who was also present. Anyone who feels nervous at the dentist will not feel that here. My trays were made within a week , they are perfect and everything explained to me again when using them . Thank you so much Smile HQ

All appointments and my initial consultation have been a great experience. The team are professional and highly experienced in their field. I can truly see that they strive to provide the best to their patients. They utilise the latest technology which is nice to see meaning they’re more accurate and as a result providing a better result! Hannah is an exceptional hygienist. I have never had an appointment like that. She’s very precise and knowledgeable. I am having Invisalign and the process has been without fault so far. Sasha is my consultant for this and he’s been a breath of fresh air. Again very knowledgeable and really puts me at ease. I completely trust that I will get the best outcome and he will do his best. I think I may have found my new forever dentist! Thanks Team!!

I have just had composite bonding done by Dr Pola at Smile HQ and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My smile looks incredible — natural, bright, and exactly what I hoped for. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Dr Pola was professional, highly skilled, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The attention to detail and care taken to achieve the perfect result really shows. The customer service at Smile HQ was also outstanding. The team were friendly, welcoming, and made every visit a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr Pola and Smile HQ to anyone considering composite bonding or dental treatment. First of all I must say the receptionists Shauna & Sham were very welcoming, there customer service was exceptional, greeted me kindly when I entered asked if I wanted any tea & coffee, exceptional service went above and beyond. Dr Bal & Nurse Hope those two are exquisite at their jobs, big thank you too Dr Bal for going through the situations and requirements, which were needed and the recommendations for future treatment, he explained everything incredibly and professionally. Big thank you to the team, there were people who just greeted me with good morning and a smile, that goes a long way.

I would like to highly recommend the work of Dr Pola and his team. After much consideration I had composite bonding on my teeth. The difference to my smile and now confidence is amazing. The work looks natural and is far beyond any outcome I could hope for. I wish I had made the decision years ago. I have been getting Implant and Veneer treatment since December (just completed) and i cannot recommend a dentist enough. I had Vish and Pola doing my treatments and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in every single appointment i had. All of the receptionist are exceptional and always made me feel welcomed. I’ve been seeing Emma as my hygienist for the past 7–8 years, and she is a true professional at what she does. She always takes the time to explain each step of the process, which really helps put me at ease. Her calm and friendly approach makes every visit a comfortable experience. I also had Jake for my check-up and he was great. A really friendly guy who talked me through every step and explained how my teeth are doing, which I really appreciated. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
