Like most people I don't particularly like going to the dentist, However Tim was so lovely and made it as much of a pleasant experience as it could be. Very grateful to have a lovely dentist, very thorough and explained everything in detail without being patronising. Lovely lady on reception too. Thank you Mydentist

I've been with Tim for a lot of years couldn't ask for a better dentist he is so nice and puts me at ease. And the added bonus the staff are so nice and friendly

I am sick and tired of the noises coming from this dentist on a night. I have a child who is up all night long due to the constant alarm. Ir needs to be sorted immediately!!!!

ALL the staff are FANTASTIC, extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Like most people I hate going to the dentist but as soon as I walk in the receptionist puts me at ease and the dentist and hygienist greet me with a smile and talk me through everything giving me the upmost confidence. I find out 12/08/2025 you struck me off since 2021?? Couldn't contact me as I changed my mobile number?? Email address? Home number? Partner and 2 children at my address??? I'm sorry if I'm 63 years old and still have quite a few of my own teeth, but, I've paid national insurance almost 50!!! Years, armed forces veteran and since turning 60 yrs old and qualifying for free prescriptions and dental care nobody gives a hoot... Let's just put it down to covid shall we?

From calls to being at the dentist itself, Tracy the receptionist is arguably one of the nicest people i’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Everything is explained in simple terms and she will accommodate you where possible(fitting my family of 4 all together is just one example). Can’t speak highly enough of her. The dentist himself, again absolutely brilliant, through the appointment, speaking to you calmly and updating where possible. At the end of the appointment clear concise details of next steps etc. Absolutely great place to get your dental treatments done.

I attended the dentist on numerous occasion and would like to say though the dentist is something that I have a fear of like many . This doesn’t help when you are disable I struggle to walk and speak . But I found the receptionist is just so understanding and patient . She greets you with a beautiful smile that’s calming . She is in no rush has always given me time and made me relaxed. I believe that’s important having the right person to greet you as you enter . The dentist himself bless him he’s so lovely he speaks to me and not at me . He helps me to sit down and get up . He’s never rushed me even though I’m not a private patient . I feel as if I am , I say this as you can imagine due to my disability I meet others in the nhs . Some can make you feel awful . What is nice that they are all professional and treat you like a human have a lot of empathy between them . All I would like to say to the team is a big Thanks 😊
