Main Ridge West Dental Practice

I can’t rate this dental surgery enough. I have had a really bad experience at another dental practice recently and my friend recommended here to see Christos. I had such pain in waiting for a complicated tooth extraction that bupa wouldn’t fit me in earlier for because I was NHS. Disgusting! But Christos saw me straight away, due to the lovely receptionist that was caring and kind on the phone initially. He managed to extract my tooth even though I had been referred to small oral surgery unit. I am now pain free and Kris explained everything from start to finish and made my experience far less traumatic than I was expecting. Also the other receptionist I met explained everything in detail before I went in. So from the lovely reception staff/dental nurses to the fabulous dentist, amazing. Thank you . This is now my new dentist.

My family and I have been patients here for around 8 years. We particularly like the consistency in staff rather than regular changes, which we experienced at previous practices. Every staff member is welcoming and friendly. We are always told of treatment costs up front. Christos, our dentist, has been so patient with our children. My recent root canal treatment was a positive experience. Christos takes the time to explain everything really well. I particularly like the relationships between the staff and look forward to seeing them as I know I will be treated kindly.

Been to Main Ridge Dental Practice for many years and always made to feel very welcome. The staff there have always been fantastic -Fran, Chris, Nikki and Carly. They are professional, friendly and (in my opinion) make their patients feel important to them. Thank you.🤩

All my experiences of this business have been incredibly positive. Particularly high praise has to go to Fran, who is a wonderful person as well as being a consummate professional. I was a terribly nervous patient, so much so that I hadn't visited a dentist for over 40 years but a painful abscess forced me through the door . Fran's patience and understanding saw me through and while I am still a proper old scaredy cat it's manageable. Chris is great too as is Nina, who once came all the way from Skegness to open the practice and see me as an emergency. Really can't fault them at all, 100 per cent recommended, a great team.

I can't see how any dentist could be more helpful. Christof went out of his way for me. They treat patients as individuals - as people. He is a great dentist, and never rushes - giving time to explain in detail what he has found and the possible treatments. Before any work is carried out you are given an itemised list of what needs doing and the cost of each stage so you know exactly how much the treatment will cost. The surgery is spotlessly clean.

Christof went over and above what was needed. My treatment was quick and pain free, and I was made to feel at ease. Very impressed with the service received.

I had 2 call on Monday as I had lost a filling the day before (caused by a delicious piece of pork crackling!). Imagine my surprise (& relief) 2 be given an appointment 4 the next day. When I arrived at the practice on Tuesday, the gentleman on reception was very pleasant, booked me in & said that the dentist would B with me shortly, as soon as they were free. I didn't have long 2 wait before I was called &, after finding out that I wouldn't be able 2 climb the stairs, the dentist & her dental nurse kindly opened up 1 of the downstairs surgeries & readied it 4 me. The lady dentist was brilliant- she filled the offending tooth & also another 1 that was missing a tiny piece of filling, but she only charged me for 1 (a BOGOF!). Although a lot of folk dread dental appointments,1 never have as I've previously had mostly good experiences at other practices. Well this visit was no different; all the staff were extremely efficient, friendly & welcoming & the treatment wasn't 2 bad. I can only commend the practice 4 their efforts in making the experience as pleasant as they could (4 a dental visit!!!). Thank U 2 all at the practice 4 seeing me so quickly & sorting my problem; also 4 being so lovely - it's VERY much appreciated.
