The Dental Care Centre Little Lever - Bolton

Finally found a dentist taking on NHS patients. From entering the door receptionist very welcoming and friendly. Saw Zahra the dentist again very friendly and considerate. Needed a clean and got an appointment later that day. Must say that the hygienist and assistant (sorry forgot your names - that’s me lol). I have very sensitive teeth when it comes to a clean, although there were times it was sensitive it was not that bad. Splashes of water on your face gently wiped away instead of the usual run down the chin. Honestly must say first time I have come out of a dentist and thought my teeth look and feel clean. Highly recommend this dental practice and so happy I saw their FB post.

First time at the Dental Care Centre in Little Lever and I was extremely impressed! Ran strictly to time and all staff, receptionists and dentist/dental nurse were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The place itself was very clean and had that ‘cared for’ look. So glad I went there and will definitely be staying with them.

My sister has a disability and was referred to this dentist as needed sedation. Despite the dentist having the referral 3 months and me making 3 phone calls prior to attending for assessment and being told they could treat her on arrival we were told they could not. I had took half days leave to take my sis , driving from my workplace in Bolton to collect my sister ( a round trip of 12 miles). She has pain in hands/arms snd brushing her teeth is effortful yet she had done them and not eaten as her appointment was 2pm. This dentist failed with poor communication and clearly he had not read the referral documenting her neurological condition. Not professional and lack of empathy displayed. Very upsetting experience.

Fast and excellent service. Absolutely pain free. Im a very nervous patient but felt totally at ease. I would recommend this practice.

Very quick appointment on ground floor. Checkup and two teeth had a bit ground off that were sharp. Let us out of back door because I struggle with a walker. All in all only in less than 30 mins.

Everyone at the surgery has been amazing and polite. During my tooth extraction, everyone knew I was nervous - spoke to me until I was comfortable and made sure I was ok when my canula went in. Told me everything that was happening throughout the extraction and even shown me my teeth that were removed up on request. Would happily return again

AVOID ! Doesn’t even deserve one star, Worst dentist practice, they don’t clean your teeth or do proper checks before putting in fillings. Two dentist that have seen me have no idea what they are doing, Was left with the worst tooth ache after a filling that they have not done correctly for me to go back twice and say they cannot solve the problem then to be charge £55 each time. Shocking service and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone
