I was referred here via NHS emergency dental line for an emergency appointment. The dentist was polite and the temporary filling he placed was comfortable and held much better than my previous one, which I really appreciate. The only downside was the waiting time- I spent over 30 minutes in the waiting room for a 5-minute appointment. Good clinical care, but the clinic's scheduling could be improved.

As a lifelong nervous dentist patient (something that's not going change at 65 years old no matter what dentist I see) it's always reassuring to be met by Ellie on reception. Always has a smile on her face, is very caring and helpful. She certainly does everything she can to put you at ease before your appointment. Well Done Ellie and thank you.

Ive been with this Dentist for many years and I can't rate it enough for how good the staff are and how they do a wonderful job for their clients with great care an empathy Today my partner had an emergency situation and although not being a member of the practice, and after she was denied assessment from her own practise, she was able to get seen and temporary treatment was provided which massively helped. She was seen by Tara who was very good The biggest asset to this practise though other than the dental staff, has to be Ellie!! I've never known a person care so much about people and she goes above and beyond every time Great team and great staff! 👏👍

Very Pleasant first visit to this dentist today. Ellie the receptionist is professional and very friendly, just what you want from a first impression. Dentist Dr Rami too was very friendly, calming and efficient. I have been to other My dentist practices and they always provide a great service. Thank you!

I had an emergency appointment this afternoon. I am a very nervous patient due to past experience. Ellie the receptionist was lovely and the dentist rami wat a kind gentle person made me so at ease I will sign up as a private patient couldn't ask fir anything more .

Had a tooth which was causing me complete agony. All other dentists dragging their feet to do some actual work. Rang at 9:20 Booked in for 10:20 Tooth out by 10:40. Fantastic work all round. Big shout out to Rami. Made it look easy! And reception for sorting it all out, effortlessly.

10/10 staff were so so lovely and caring and understanding of my anxiety with needles and everyone came to gave me support I appreciate you guys so much thank you for helping me throughout it means a lot I will be coming back and referring other people too! Amazing professionalism all round and professional after care advice too you're all very kind ❤️ 🥺
