I wouldnt even give them 1* complete scam i paid for my aligners and now they wont even give my aligners or my refund rubbish service unprofessional staff keep blanking your messages and wont even respond back worst company ever and good at chatting lies to people please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

EDIT- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was bribed and given a discount to give a five star review on my first visit. Since then, the service has been horrendous. I wore the retainers for months on end and still have gaps in my teeth at the end of the retainer course. I requested a refund as I really wasn’t happy with the results. The consultant then said that the aligners I wore for months weren’t the only course I’d need when that’s what I’d been told in my first visit. They then sent me another plan to correct the gaps, but for some reason only planned to straighten my top teeth. I then told the consultant that both top and bottom need fixing to which she said "she would have to check if that was possible because the top retainers are already ordered". When I then said I’d like a partial refund, it could all of a sudden be done. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND ALTHOUGH IT IS YOUR LEGAL RIGHT. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Very tempted to get trading standards involved. Rude service, won’t refund/will make it very difficult and very disorganized. This was the review I was bribed to write with a discount on the first visit: My first visit was really friendly! So professional and the process was so efficient and well explained. I’m really looking forward to the process now 🙂

Had my first scan a few days ago and have to say the whole process has been fast, smooth and simple so far. Clear in what should be expected and no hidden cost that you get with all other companies. Im really happy to start my journey with Dr Clear Aligners, so glad I came across them.

They are just cheaters destroyed my teeth broke,damaged all front teeth by unprofessional dentist sent me to him . Now all my teeth destroyed the dentist made gabs in wrong way so my front teeth comes left and front ,made gabs everywhere to make two teeth return to their place making new problems and the lower teeth he broke two teeth when he made gabs to make space and broke the back of the teeth and this makes the teeth weaker after that damaged and broke the rest of the teeth. It supposed to finish my treatment as the plan they made before six months but the dentist made scan and said ur teeth need new plan bcz ur teeth comes front and the jew should return back to its place . Rayhana the one who is responsible about the treatment from the beginning ran away and ignore my calls and gave me number of her colleagues . The new lady tried to reassure me and say we do new plan for u I am waiting for the new plan but gives me just excuses to waste my time . I am suffering waiting till they fix their mistake after they took all the money. But just give me excuses now I have many problems my teeth before was strong beautiful but have two teeth back and front in one side it wasn’t bad but I want perfect smile that’s why I went to them . Now multi problems I have , waiting them to fix their mistake or I will start doing a case

Was so quick and easy getting started with my aligners. Saniya was helpful and thorough in our consultation where she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The process was much easier than I anticipated and am glad I decided to go with dr clear aligners. Would definitely recommend.

Really happy with the results & only took 5 months like they said. my teeth was crooked before treatment. I was dedicated, I wore my Aligners for 22 hours a day & used my chewies when needed. My retainers didn’t come in my package but Rayhanna placed the order for them, which I received just before I finished my last tray, now I’m wearing them. Rayhanna is a nice, helpful woman & I have no complaints about Dr clear Aligner company. Will definitely recommend. Happy with my new smile. Thanks 🙂

This is the worst place ever, they never ask how things are? Rude and unprofessional. My wife had her aligners ordered from here she is unhappy with the results, once the payment went they didn't bother ringing or messaging to ask her how it is going, instead we had to ring or message them. The nurse were unprofessional and not very helpful.
