Bexhill Dental Clinic

I had a very disappointing experience at Bexhill Dental due to the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff. My name is Vinod, and my wife and I visited Bexhill Dental as we wanted to register with a nearby dental practice. When we arrived at reception, the staff were unwelcoming. They asked us to sit down without asking our names or even enquiring why we were there. No basic courtesy or professionalism was shown. I waited patiently for about five minutes while the receptionists continued their own conversations. I couldn’t understand why we were asked to sit down when they hadn’t taken any details from us. Eventually, I had to interrupt their conversation myself and explain that we were there to register. Only then did they start asking for our names, and they seemed very surprised that we were there for new registration. After that, the female receptionist began helping my wife, but the overall experience was already very uncomfortable and unpleasant. This was an awful first impression, and I did not expect such behaviour from a healthcare provider’s front desk. Reception staff should be professional, welcoming, and respectful, especially to new patients.

Staff are very friendly and super cheery and nice. Exceptionally so! The way they've treated other customers and knew people was very heartwarming to see. Dentists and other staff are great too, can't fault them. This was my first visit, so not had any work done.

Discussed various possible causes of my pain following a filling by a different dental practice. Displayed and explained the xray. Discussed pros and cons or refilling or extraction. Very thorough with checking the anaesthetic had fully worked. Such a good extraction that I hadn't even realised it was out. Good coverage of what future possibilities were. Very amiable, as were all the staff.

Absolutely amazing experience! Got an appointment so quickly and the whole team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dentist was fantastic – efficient, gentle, and completely pain-free. The Bexhill team are brilliant. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Needed to use for the first time hygiene services. I was made to feel comfortable and concerns were listened to. Experience was perfect, teeth clean and shiny. I was pleased to get information on how to look after my teeth for the future. I would highly recommend the practice.

All staff are friendly and professional and treat you with respect. I am registered here with my children and we are always able to be seen. I highly recommend this dental practice.
