I just had my new patient appointment with Dr. Ed Bottrill and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. I am an extremely anxious dental patient and usually find appointments very overwhelming, especially things like X-rays, which I’ve never been able to tolerate before. From the moment I arrived, he was so patient, calm, and understanding. He took all the time needed to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I actually managed to have an X-ray done because of how reassuring and supportive he was. I’m so grateful to have finally found a dentist who genuinely understands dental anxiety and treats patients with such kindness and compassion. Thank you so much — it has made such a difference to me! Looking forward to seeing him again soon!

I joined Bowhouse Dental just after 2021 and honestly it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had Invisalign treatment with Ed Bottrill and the whole experience had been amazing from start to finish. Ed is incredibly thorough and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for his patients. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed into treatments or upsold, he was always honest, patient and took the time to explain everything properly. His attention to detail and level of care really stands out compared to other dentists I’ve been too. I’ve been so happy with my experience that I recently signed my mum up as well. We both feel really well looked after by the whole team. Highly recommend Bowhouse Dental if you’re looking for a dentist you can truly trust.

I had my first check up today with Edward Bottrill and he set up my invisalign and treatment plan. Edward explained everything in detail and with care. I feel very well looked after! Everyone working at Bow House are so lovely. I am looking forward to starting my treatment!

I had Invisalign with Dr. Michael and am so pleased with the results and experience. He is such a great dentist, really taking time to explain things, answer silly questions (without ever making me feel ridiculous) and so meticulous in his work. I do think that cosmetic dentistry is a bit of a gamble and I was worried it was thousands on something that could go wrong, or the end result wouldn't be what I wanted, but I am over the moon with the final look. I felt like Dr. Michael was more invested in getting it 'just so' more than I was! I won't go anywhere else now for all of my dental work and recommend them so highly - the whole team at Bow House, Tring, are just so lovely. The first person you meet is likely to be Chris on reception and he remembers everyone and puts you at ease so quickly. He is just such a people-person and has really excellent customer service skills. All in all, the entire set up is seamless, friendly, professional and warm.

My recent dental check-up was excellent. The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had my young child with me, and they were so thoughtful in making sure she felt comfortable and included. Truly outstanding service and a lovely atmosphere.
