I went into get filling in my tooth, I had an appointment with Henry. The place made me feel extremely calm, and the dentists were welcoming. The nurses there were very sweet and funny. As a person who in former years who had been afraid of dental work, coming to this dentist has changed my view. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful throught the payment process. I would highly recommend coming to this dentist!

I am leaving this review based mainly on the customer service I received afterwards. I had a filling done here which later resulted in me attending hospital due to an infection. To be fair, the practice did give me a refund, and receptionist Zoey was polite and advised me to call back the next day regarding it. However, when I called back the next day, receptionist Amanda was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. I was placed on hold and then told she was going to hang up and call me back later because she was serving customers in the shop. This annoyed me as I had specifically been told the day before to call back and that the process would only take around 10 minutes. I completely understand that patient information should not be discussed in front of other customers, but instead of calmly explaining that, I felt I was spoken down to and treated disrespectfully throughout the call. The situation left me very unhappy with how I was dealt with as a customer.

Excellent dentistry, exceptional care and received great attention. The dentist spent lots of time with me and I felt relaxed, made to feel right at home. All staff warm and friendly. I left feeling confident that my dental care is being thoroughly looked after.

Fantastic Dental team! Mandy at reception was so friendly and helpful. From reception to dental nurse to dentists are all compassionate and professional.

Been going here since it opened on Beersbridge. Very lovely decor and dental suites. Dentist and hygienist are very friendly and helpful. I have had Viola and Reeba and both are so lovely and make you feel at ease. They explain everything clearly and give you price in advance. Cost is reasonable and reception staff always friendly and helpful too. They give you lots of reminders before your appointments too so you never forget and always helpful with printing or emailing of invoices for dental insurance.

The dentists here are brilliant. Most recent visit was with Henry and Rachel- lovely, professional, and so gentle. I fully recommend them.

The girls are all lovely and as I’m very nervous they make me feel so at ease…. Also would be good if you could amend appointments on the portal…. Thank you all at Bloomfield dental studio ☺️
