Bupa Dental Care Aylesbury

I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade, the lady on the phone, Kyra, was extremely helpful and so so kind! Honestly the best customer service I think i’ve ever received! Kyra was super informative and understanding! 🙂

Absolutely lovely place. Very easy and straightforward. Had a thorough check up with Dr Vanisha Gajjar. She's very comforting, informative and professional. We took multiple X-rays and a 3D model of my teeth which was pretty cool. She then ran through everything with me and explained it using a visual representation which really helped. The lady at reception (will edit name in later) was so kind and again made everything so straight forward. I messed up my first appointment by going to a practice in the next town over and there was no issue or charge. Re-booked and then had an easy in and out session with my dental plan put in place. It's easy to follow and overall I'm extremely pleased.

My recent visit to the Bupa dental surgery in Aylesbury was really relaxed. A really nice welcoming atmosphere. Receptionist was lovely. So were the staff. The nurse that welcomed me through and the dentist was very professional. Polite. Caring and detailed. Kept me informed of every movement. Overall a welcome that gives you confidence and satisfaction.

I’ve been to a handful of practices in my life time and here has been by far the best. I have terrible anxiety and dental anxiety. I was referred here for a surgical extraction (the words alone gave me the shivers!), of course I was extremely anxious but Dr Shah and her dental nurse was absolutely fantastic. Both so reassuring and patient. No such thing as a silly worry or question. Made the process as bearable as possible for a super anxious patient. Reception very helpful and friendly too. If I could transfer here as NHS patient, I would in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Thank you 🤩

I have now had 2 appointments with Sheena and Sam, they are a great asset to the team. Communication on what was being done throughout and very positive and calming atmosphere. Would highly recommend Bupa Dental Care.

My company had recently set up a dental plan with Bupa and last week was my first visit. The ladies at reception were polite and booked me in. I asked about how the plan works and the way it's processed. All staff were very polite on my visit and I had my appointment. After I was taken back to the reception where my claim was processed there and then leaving me to pay remainder of the bill. Really happy with my overall visit and will now keep up my check ups.

Would recommend for any one nervous of dentists. Brilliant team all round. Kelly on reception is fab - always helpful and polite. Stefan has made me feel much more at ease despite ongoing issues.
