As a new patient at Alderley Edge Dental, my first visit left me highly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the warm welcome from the reception team and the calming ambiance put me at ease. My check-up was thorough and unhurried. Dental surgeon Gordon Jefferies is a highly experienced professional and his reassuring, informative and knowledgeable demeanour made the entire experience completely stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so welcome and to Mr. Jefferies for his exceptional care.

I did a lot of research before starting my Invisalign journey and visited three different providers, but Alderley Edge Dental Practice were the clear winners, and were genuinely a cut above the rest. From the moment you walk in, the team are warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately puts you at ease. A special shoutout has to go to Gem, who truly goes above and beyond. She’s always on hand to answer any questions, whether that’s over the phone, in person, or even on WhatsApp. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her, and she consistently goes that extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. She really helped put my mind at ease and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Ben, the dentist overseeing my Invisalign treatment, has been fantastic…..approachable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He’s patient, takes the time to explain things properly, and is always available if you have any questions or concerns. The pricing was also very competitive compared to the other providers I looked at, which made the decision even easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alderley Edge dental practice to friends and family — a brilliant experience from the start and I’m excited to continue my Invisalign journey with them. After cracking my back molar, I’ve visited Alderley Edge Dental three times over the past few weeks. As a very nervous patient, I can’t thank Dan and the wonderful dental nurses, Jordan and Cath, enough. They have been incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout my treatment, helping me feel much more at ease during every visit. The reception team also deserves a special mention for always being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Alderley Edge Dental, especially to anyone who feels anxious about dental treatment.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Had Invisalign treatment here following another recommendation and my only regret is that I didn’t get it done sooner. Lucy and Lucy made me feel comfortable from my very first appointment and are genuinely the nicest people! I’m a huge wimp, but they made me feel very at ease, explained every process thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. Perhaps most importantly, I am thrilled with the results and how my teeth look now! Well worth the journey from Warrington every 6 weeks!

I was quite nervous about beginning this journey as I had, had a traumatic experience previously. My journey is to have an implant I made my enquiry online and my consultation was with Gem who was great she was well informed and really friendly. I wasnt sure to begin whether I'd follow through as I was nervous so so glad I did. My dentist Shyam and my dental Katie were amazing!! The procedure wasn't straightforward and took a while due to the damage and how the broken down tooth had become. I wouldn't have wanted to have had this done anywhere else. I was put at ease and reassured the professionalism and the patience was excellent & I'm very thankful for. Happy to say my implant journey will continue with them. Thanks guys ☺️

My first visit today to Alderley Edge Dental . What a happy friendly practice , the staff are lovely , the whole vibe is relaxed and good natured . My treatment from Dentist Gordon Jeffries , was efficient and informative and importantly for me as a nervous patient,, very kind . Would highly recommend.
