Premier Dental Care

I went to the dentist today for my child. I had an appointment at 1600. I was worried about the parking as it was only free for 30 mins. I reached around 3:50 pm. They were very quick and thorough with their consultation. By 4 on I was out of the clinic. They also gave me a follow up appointment date. The receptionist as well as the dentist was very professional.

After years of painful teeth problems and being unable to get NHS Dentist (having to borrow money for urgent treatments!) Feel so lucky to have been taken on by the wonderful team at Premier, Addlestone. The lovely Dr Farnaz Mirsiaghi and team have resolved my problems so efficiently and kindly. Wonderful team - grateful thanks, totally recommend.

It was the second time I went to this dental practice today. I can't fault them, the receptionist is so welcoming, professional and very helpful, thank you. The treatment I received by the Dentist and her assistant was amazing. Great team work excellent caring treatment, very professional. I am so pleased my neighbour referred me to premier dental practice. Thank you

I cannot comment on the dental services, as I did not receive any treatment at this practice; however, the customer service is unbelievably poor. I recently registered with Premier Dental Care and booked my first appointment. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about it and drove straight home after work. I received no reminder or notification on the day — no call or text to confirm my attendance — only a message sent after my appointment time informing me that they would not offer me any further appointments and advising me to call 111 or arrange dental treatment elsewhere due to poor timekeeping. I admit it was my fault for missing the appointment; however, a quick call or message could have prevented this, as I live just 10 minutes down the road from the practice. Every other healthcare provider I’ve used sends a reminder on the day. I am relieved not to have proceeded with this practice and will gladly look elsewhere. If you are a new patient looking for a dentist, I would recommend considering other options — there are better practices out there.

I have recently joined this practice as my wife and kids have been going there for years. I am not very good with dentists due to many past experiences but have decided that as I grow older I need to look after my teeth. I must say that the dentist who deals with me is excellent as she is always friendly but professional and advises me fully in respect of my dental health and any work that needs doing. Having had a fairly significant piece of work done on my teeth this morning I wanted to leave a review praising the dentist and her team as from the injections, through the rest of the procedure there was very little discomfort and everything was carried out in an efficient manner. If only past dentists had been anything like this good I probably would not have the fear of dentists which I do! The receptionist, Abby, is also very friendly and efficient so all in all I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Relieved me of my phobia of dentists, reassuring and calming environment. All my dentist work was done stress free and most importantly pain free. Honestly Ladies absolute Angel's, thank you very much

Great dentist! haven't been to dentist in years and only used to go when the pain was too much as I don't like needles much but decided to go to get my teeth sorted including broken front teeth before future pain appeared again! Farnaz and her assistant are great, made me feel comfortable at all times and no judgement, great advice that I took. I will continue to visit this dentist as it's easily one of the best I've been to in my lifetime, also I wouldn't leave the receptionist Abby out very polite at all times. Thank you very much and look forward to seeing you in future
